Who We Are:

James Sams (Managing Partner) is a native of Colorado Springs. He has been in the Restaurant Industry for over 15 years.  He graduated from University of Denver with a degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management. James has a definite understanding of kitchen operations, layout and design.

Dennis Conway (Sales Account Executive) is also a native of Colorado Springs! He grew up in the Restaurant Industry working at family owned "Conway's Red Top". He has worked in Foodservice Sales for over 15 years! His knowledge and experience makes him an excellent consultant! Not to mention he is quite the character!

Bobby Boucher (Inside Sales Associate) is also a Colorado Springs native! A Culinary Consultant with over 15 years in the heart of the house! His passion for food spans from basic implementation to conceptual menu design! And yes, that is his real name!
